These informal and connection based evenings give us a chance to come together, uniting in our ability to let go of the stresses and strains of our lives and come to peacefulness and wholeness within through meditation. Whether you have an established practice and would like to bathe in the group energy or you are new to meditation or have an intermittent practice and would like to learn more or plug back into the benefits, come and be a part of this supportive and nurturing group. Give yourself permission to be still, unwind and slow down the racing thoughts in your mind to make way for a sense of deep relaxation, wellbeing and peace.
We will work through a series of different meditations, guided visualisations, guided relaxations and mantra that will unravel the senses and drip away tension leaving you feeling rejuvenated, linked in, relaxed and stress free, could there be a more perfect way to start your evening……
