A breathing circle is a safe space for you to connect into the sustenance of a community defined by its deep support, acceptance and understanding of the exigencies of life. During these sessions we will dive into a full Transformational Breath® group session to help shed off layers of the past physically and emotionally, making space for more of the carefree joyous aspects of life. Breathing with a group in a breathing circle is a fundamental aid to deepening your own breath practise, keeping you connected to your self-development, ensuring your breath has not become erroneous and connecting in with accompanying practises to really help relaxation.
These 2-hour sessions are intended for those who have previously attended either Transformational Breath® 1:1 Sessions or Introductory Workshops as a minimum.
