Payment & cancellation policy

In order to confirm your booking, please pay a 50% non refundable deposit for the session you are to attend.  This is to be paid via Pingit using code: PINGITQVF371 or via 07866 855 834 online/mobile banking giving your name and the date of the session (only the first session date for block bookings) as a reference.   The balance of the payment is due when attending the session.

If you are unable to attend the session you have booked & confirmed and cancel 24 hours or more before you are due to attend the deposit payment can be transferred to another session booked within a month of the original session.

If you are unable to attend and cancel within 24 hours you will lose your deposit payment.

In special circumstances I am able to travel to your space in order to provide treatments. Please contact me directly on: 07866 855 834 for consultation if you believe this applies to you.    Travel expenses will be incurred should this be the case and will vary dependent on your location.
