This immersive two-day in-person training in Usui Reiki Level I is your foundational initiation into energy work that lives beyond performance — and inside your everyday embodiment.
Whether you feel called to support your own healing, tend to loved ones, or simply deepen your self-awareness, this training reconnects you to your own hands, your own heart, and your inner sanctuary of peace.
Here’s what you’ll receive:
👐 Full Usui Reiki Level I Training & Initiation
A deep dive into the original Usui system of Reiki, including its history, guiding principles, and practice. You’ll be attuned to Reiki energy through sacred Level I placements, allowing you to begin using Reiki on yourself and others immediately.
🧘♀️ Embodied Practice Sessions
You’ll learn foundational hand positions and how to flow with your intuition as you begin working with Reiki energy in real time. This includes practice giving and receiving Reiki in a safe, supportive space.
📖 Printed Reiki Manual & Certificate of Completion
You’ll receive a comprehensive manual and official certification, empowering you to continue your practice and deepen your journey.
💬 Q&A, Reflection, and Integration
This training isn’t just technical — it’s personal. There’ll be space to ask questions, share reflections, and begin understanding how Reiki fits into your life path, nervous system, and inner leadership.
